COVID-19 has impacted to our lives around the world, many cities have been or still under lockdown, likewise, the Phnom Penh capital city of Cambodia has been under lockdown since 14 April, 2021 until May 05, 2021, it was because of the community spreading of COVID-19 from February 20, 2021.

With the impact of this lockdown period, most of the staffs are not able to move out from home to work at office as normal, shipments have been delayed, delivery schedule has been changed which disrupted the whole Logistics and Supply Chains in the city as well as the country as a whole at no choice in order to prevent further spreading of the virus in our community.

Triumph Link Logistics management Mr. William together with Cambodia Logistics Association (CLA), Logistics Business Association (LoBA), Cambodia Trucking Association (CAMTA), Garments Manufacturing Association of Cambodia (GMAC), we all has been working hard days and nights to dialogue and finding the find solutions with the local authority as well as public sector including Ministry of Economic and Finance, General Department of Customs & Excise of Cambodia (GDCE), Phnom Penh Municipal City, we come up with right solutions to granted the movement permits for minimum office staffs and truck drivers to ensure the Logistics & Transportation supply chains is capable to perform the job with responsibility and following the guideline.

With this solutions, shipments are cleared, cargo are delivery back on track, and Triumph Link Logistics Cambodia team are also well prepared and equipped to work from home in order to ensure the business continuity during this tough period of time, however some delays in communication, responding to emails, delivery timeline might be expected due to various factors of disruption at no choice.
